Per gli ordini sul sito www.sicilianshop24.com sono consentite le seguenti modalità di pagamento:
Bonifico Bancario anticipato

La contabile del bonifico va anticipata per e-mail a info@sicilianshop24.com
Con la modalita' di pagamento bonifico bancario, di norma si attende l'accredito dell'importo per poter procedere all'evasione dell'ordine.
Per abbreviare i tempi di attesa, viene richiesto al cliente l'invio della contabile del bonifico con il numero CRO; si procede alla verifica e dopo aver ottenuto l'esito positivo, si prosegue con l'evasione dell'ordine.
Qualora la banca dovesse tardare nel comunicarci l'esito del bonifico, il cliente non potra' ritenerci in alcun modo responsabile.
1 : Richiesta Listino Prezzi dei prodotti di interesse.
2 : Richesta Preventivo (incluse le spese di spedizione).
3 : Conferma del Preventivo con l'invio del Bonifico Bancario.
4 : Dopo l'accredito del Bonifico inzierà la Preparazione del Pallet (3/5gg).
5 : Il Pallet sarà spedito con tempi di consegna per l'Italia di 15gg e all'estero (Europa) 25gg.
Tutti i prodotti di pasticceria devono essere scongelati sempre naturalmente per circa 2/3 ore in base alla temperatura ambientale o del frigo prima di essere consumati. I “Semifreddi” invece, possono essere consumati immediatamente o subito dopo pochi minuti una volta prelevati dal freezer.

MODALITA’ DI SCONGELAMENTO: Tutti i prodotti surgelati devono essere scongelati in maniera naturale. I prodotti salati: “Tavola calda”, devono essere scongelati a temperatura ambiente oppure in frigorifero. Per i prodotti con cottura al forno come i calzoni, le pizze, le cartocciate e le cipolline, i tempi di scongelamento sono di circa 2 ore.
MODALITA’ DI COTTURA: Per i prodotti lievitati della “Tavola calda” come i calzoni, le pizze, le cartocciate e le cipolline, proposti nella variante crudi oppure precotti, si consiglia: per i prodotti crudi, di scongelare totalmente l’alimento e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 10/15 minuti, mentre per i precotti si consiglia di riscaldare in microonde per 1 minuto oppure in forno a 140°C per 4/5 minuti.

MODALITA' DI SCONGELAMENTO: Per gli arancini i tempi variano da 8 a 10 ore a temperatura ambiente; se gli lasciate scongelare in frigo ci vorranno circa 12 ore. Si raccomanda di fare scongelare totalmente fino al cuore del prodotto per un risultato ottimale.
MODALITA' DI COTTURA: FORNO TRADIZIONALE (consigliato): scongelare il prodotto il giorno precedente a temperatura di frigoconservazione (+4°C), riporre il prodotto nel forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 20 minuti.
FRIGGITRICE: scongelare il prodotto il giorno precedente (24 h) a temperatura di frigo conservazione (+4°C), friggere in abbondante olio bollente (180° C) per 1 minuto. Servire dopo aver fatto raffreddare per alcuni minuti.
